Easy exchange policy

Exchange your vehicle quibble-free. If you’re not happy with your Ford Approved vehicle, you can exchange it within 30 days / 1,000 miles for cars or 14 days / 500 miles for commercial vehicles.

We’re happy to accept exchanges if the vehicle is:

• Returned to the same dealer
• The same vehicle that was sold to you, including tyres, options, accessories etc.
• In the same condition that you received it
• Exchanged for another vehicle of the same or higher value

Any outstanding finance agreements will need to be settled with the finance company before exchanging too.

75-point Ford inspection

All our Approved Used Ford cars and vans are subject to a detailed 75-point inspection. Ford-specialist technicians go over mechanical and electrical parts with a fine-tooth comb.
