Electric driving
The main draw of a CUPRA PHEV car is the dynamic driving experience. You can drive just with the engine, a mixture of the motor and engine or just the electric motor. All-electric driving allows you to completely cut tailpipe emissions on shorter commutes. This is ideal if you’re nipping through the city or on a quick errand.
CUPRA e-Hybrid cars start in electric mode, so just turn it on for instant green driving. If the battery’s capacity reaches a certain level or you reach a certain speed, hybrid mode kicks in.

Easy charging
There are plenty of options when it comes to charging your CUPRA e-Hybrid car, whether you’re out on the go or at home through a wall box or standard plug outlet.

At home
Charging at home can be as simple as plugging your CUPRA PHEV into a standard three-prong wall outlet. This may take a bit longer but doesn’t require any installation. Or you can get a wall box installed at home for quicker charging. Simply plug it in when you’re home and you’ll be good to go after a few hours*.

On the go
If you’re out and about and need to top up your charge, there are currently over 25,000+ charging points across the UK. You’ll find dedicated charging stations as well as points in car parks, supermarkets and retail centres. Some are even completely free!

Make the most of your CUPRA plug-in hybrid car’s electric range with the Range driving profile. Choose this mode and your CUPRA e-Hybrid will optimise power, climate control and other factors to maximise your range. Perfect if you’re on longer journeys.

Aircon & heating
Using climate control will use up your CUPRA plug-in hybrid’s battery. Stop this from happening by presetting the temperature before you even get in the car, so the battery can focus on getting you further.

Weather
Extreme weather affects your battery’s capacity. Your CUPRA e-Hybrid’s range will be lower in temperatures under -5º and above 35º, so keep this in mind in the winter and summer. Also keeping your car out of direct sunlight in the summer or sheltered from freezing temperatures will help with range and battery health.
