Think Ford Bracknell staff were good because I felt like they welcomed me immediately and made me feel like an individual. After hearing my situation and my budget, they gave me options of whether to get my Focus fixed and the price it will cost to fix it and the option of buying a used car instead. I chose to buy a used car. On collection of the car, Michael and I noticed that there was a chip of paint on the handle that wasn't there before. Michael got James and they said they could source the paint to patch this up for me. I felt that everyone at Ford did everything possible to make my experience at Ford Bracknell a good one. Thank you Michael and James for your customer service and expertise. I also appreciated the cambelt advice from the other guy who I'm sorry I've forgotton his name. And also thank you to the smiley guy in the forecourt who asked, within 30 seconds of me arriving on the forecourt, if I needed help with anything.
