When you buy a Jaguar, you enter an elite group. You now have access to Jaguar Roadside Assistance, wherever your journey takes you in the UK or Continental Europe. And you stay a member of this elite group with access to the unrivalled Jaguar Roadside Assistance package for as long as your Jaguar is under warranty.
When you call Jaguar Roadside Assistance, a Jaguar-trained technician will be dispatched to repair your Jaguar wherever you’ve broken down. If the issue can’t be dealt with at the roadside, your Jaguar will be recovered to the nearest Jaguar Authorised Retailer. That’s where the Jaguar four-hour guarantee comes in – if your Jaguar isn’t back on the road within four hours, Jaguar Roadside Assistance will organise and pay for your onward journey. Additionally, if you are more than 50 miles from home, your hotel accommodation will be paid for.
