"The salesman was excellent. I ordered the car last October and he kept me informed on a weekly or so basis on the progress of the car so I consider that excellent. The dealership is very friendly whenever you go in there they're always very helpful and if you make a phone call to them, they always return your calls."

"The guidance we were given was very personal and we were treated very sensitively.
Nothing was pushed on us, it was all 'Have you thought about...?' and 'How about this?' In fact it was us that suggested looking at a new car rather than a second hand car which is what we went with the original intention of buying. So I think it was just very well handled."

"From the time I phoned to book the car in for service until I picked the car up the customer service was excellent. All the staff were totally professional in all the ways that I had dealings with them on the telephone and in the offices. I have been so impressed with the service that I received, I have relayed this to people work with and have advised that Audi is the only company I know that deliver this excellent service. They have commented that they have always wanted Audi cars and now will seriously consider looking when changing their cars. In fact one person came to see the showroom when I picked the car up this evening so feedback obviously has impact. The car came back immaculate and they also treated the seats as the proofing had worn out, this is something I had asked for a quote but Audi did it as part of the service and there was no charge. Finally I think that the Audi customer experience has been 1st class today and thank you and your staff for the pride you all take in serving your customers. The training you all have obviously is worth it."
