• Electrics – check all lights, warning lamps and horn function.
• Vehicle exterior – check bodywork for damage; windscreen and wash/wipe system; wiper blade condition and park position; headlight washer system; mirrors and heating if applicable; top-up of screen wash; check and grease door locks and bonnet catch.
• Under bonnet – oil and filter change, check auxiliary drive belt condition and tension; battery; coolant level; clutch; hydraulics fluid and power steering fluid levels.
• Under vehicle – check thickness and condition of front and rear brake pads/discs; engine, gearbox, steering and suspension; exhaust system for leaks and damage; brake system for leaks and damage; under body for damage and loose securing parts; front and rear axle (quattro models only); tyre condition and pressure.
